Rafferty the Wrecker, established in 1995, was created to provide a much-needed comprehensive demolition service for the industrial construction & building industries. Over the years, Rafferty's has built its reputation on providing safe, efficient demolition throughout Victoria.
Specialising in total demolition, asbestos removal and detail demolition, Rafferty's has formed a strong client foundation with private developers, construction companies and industrial markets. Rafferty's is highly regarded throughout the industry for its comprehensive folio of services and consistent commitment to client service. With over 30 years experience between them, the directors of Rafferty's bring together knowledge and skills that cover all aspects of the demolition and building industries.
Rafferty the Wrecker is fully licensed with the Building and Plumbing Commission and holds an 'Unlimited' licence allowing any size demolition contract. As part of these registration requirements, the company carries public liability insurance to the value of $20 million.
