Site Preperation

Rafferty the Wrecker can work in with the client to assist where necessary to prepare their site ready for development. From site evaluation, soil testing/classification, asbestos and hazardous materials identification and removal to the eventual demolition and clearing of the site ready for development.

Demolition

Rafferty the Wrecker provide safe, efficient demolition to the industrial, commercial and building industries.

Asbestos Removal

Rafferty the Wrecker is licensed as a Class B Asbestos removalist
with WorkCover Victoria. All works are completed in accordance with
health and safety regulations. The company is licensed in
accordance with the Environment Protection Authority to remove,
transport and dispose of asbestos.

Façade Retention

Façade retention systems are commonly used to preserve the significant architectural and historical characteristics of the site. This is a common conditional requirement in development applications and is a condition that RTW is well experienced and has successfully executed on many projects.

Plant & Equipment

To ensure efficiency and consistency in service, Rafferty the Wrecker uses the latest in equipment and machinery.

Regular servicing and updating of machinery reduces downtime and ensures all projects are completed on time.

Rafferty the Wrecker is fully licensed with the Victorian Building Authority and holds an 'Unlimited' licence allowing any size demolition contract. As part of these registration requirements, the company carries public liability insurance to the value of $20 million.
